Shipping & returns

Orders are placed through a quote. Shipping method, cost and delivery time are confirmed in writing with each quote before you approve it.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If an item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us with your order details and we will coordinate the replacement or warranty process with the manufacturer.

Return conditions for items that are not defective are agreed on each quote.
